Woodman’s Food Market, Inc. has reached a tentative agreement for purchasing and developing the entire 74-acre parcel at the southwest corner of Illinois Rt. 120 and U.S. Rt. 12.Lakemoor, IL.  


​​​Pending receipt of all necessary approvals, Woodman’s is proposing to construct an approximately 240,000 square foot food store along with a freestanding fuel center/convenience store/quick-lube/car wash. Woodman’s will employ approximately 220 workers at this proposed location.
