Lakemoor Farmers' Market

The Farmers' Market will open on Saturday, July 17, 2010 and will run 16 Saturdays from 9:00 to 2:00 until October 30, 2010. The market will be located in Kruegers Farm, 28585 Illinois Route 120, just West of US Route 12. Come join us!

The Lakemoor Economic Development Committee (LEDC), is committed to the development of the Lakemoor community. By fostering good relationships between the residential, commercial and industrial communities. By recruiting new business investments, along with fostering the retention and expansion of existing businesses.

Some of the issues the Lakemoor Economic Development Committee will address are:

What services can the Village of Lakemoor offer for potential development and annexations to come to and into the Village?
What can the Village offer to potential development to come to the Village?
What can the Village of Lakemoor do to foster Economic Growth?

The Goals of the Lakemoor Economic Development Committee are:

Market the theme of "AYES TO THE FUTURE" to regional and national businesses and manufacturers, and to generate a new industrial and commercial presence in the Village.
Provide businesses with the resources available to help them start, expand or relocate in the Village.
To utilize the full potential of the human, educational and capital resources available to the Village of Lakemoor in support of economic and business development.
To encourage the cooperative development of the infrastructure necessary for Long-Term Economic Growth.

LAKEMOOR is located in the center of activity between Chicago, Milwaukee and Rockford, providing a perfect hub location for a business looking to market to these and other important Trade Centers.

The Village is Strategically located at the intersection of State Route 120 and U.S. Route 12. GOOD THINGS ARE HAPPENING HERE!
