t-ball (Ages 4-8)

soccer Coaches and Volunteers are needed

Adult coaches and volunteers are always needed for the program to be a success. If you are interested in being a coach please download the background check form. You can either fax or mail the completed form back to us. Our fax number is 815-385-8206. Also if you volunteer to be a coach the fee for your child will only be $60.00. There will be a limit of 2 coaches per team. You must pay the fee at the time of registration.

Soccer (Ages 4-8)

The age for the Soccer session is 4 - 8. As long as the participant is at least 4 and has not turned 9 by the time the season begins they may sign up. The session begins on May 7th and runs for 8 weeks. The fee for the session is $80.00 but if you sign-up more than 1 child from the same household in the same sport you will receive a $10.00 sibling discount.

Game days are on Saturday mornings between 9 and 11 depending on how many teams we have. More information will follow.

Registration ends March 25th, 2016. A $10.00 late fee will be applied after March 25. The session will include a uniform, trophy, and a pizza party at the end of the session. Photos will be taken at some time during the session.

There will be a limit of 2 coaches per team. Also we will be having a Coaches / Participant clinic prior to the beginning of the season to cover rules and expectations of the session. You must pay your fee at time of registration.

All application forms must be filled out whether paying online, in person, or by mail. You can submit your forms online or can pick-up the forms at the Village Hall. Checks should be made payable to the Village of Lakemoor 28874 Rte. 120 Unit C & D Lakemoor, IL 60051.

Game days are on Tuesday evenings between 6 and 8 depending on how many teams we have. More information will follow. Also Fridays have been dedicated to T-Ball for any rain outs or practices that the coach might want to have.
