The meeting was called to order at 7: 04 PM.

Discussion – Lakemoorfest 2007/2008

Motion by Trustee Brindise, second by Trustee McIntyre to recess the meeting at 7:05 PM.

Vote taken.

Trustee McIntyre aye, Trustee Brindise aye, Trustee Lennon aye, Trustee Weber aye, Trustee Koehl aye, Trustee Beach abstain.

5 ayes, 1 abstain. Motion carried.

Discussion – Lakemoorfest 2007/2008

President Povidas turn the meeting over to Trustee McIntyre.

Trustee McIntyre wanted to thank all the people who volunteered for Lakemoorfest 2007. Trustee McIntyre asked the volunteers for any suggestions to improve Lakemoorfest.

Suggestions from the Volunteers.

1)        Move wrist band booth closer to beer tent

2)        More parking space

3)        Display more signs – beer, pop, tickets

4)        Shut down booths during firework display

5)        Increase crafters fees

6)        Carnival shouldn’t sell what vendors are selling

7)        More raffle donations needed

8)        More volunteers needed

9)        Separate the sale of raffle tickets and drink tickets

10)     Bean-O use team names

There was a lengthy discussion on Lakemoorfest 2007/2008

Motion by Trustee McIntyre, second by Trustee Brindise to adjourn meeting.

Vote taken.

6 ayes. Motion carried.
