Approval of the September 24, 2009 Board Meeting Minutes

 

Trustee Lonigro noted a correction on page 5.

President Weihofen thanked the board members for their help and support in getting things accomplished by the end of the year.

Announced the Halloween Party is at Morrison Park this year from 1:00 – 3:00 p.m.

Trustee Lennon

 

Called a Police Committee Meeting for Thursday, October 15th at 7:00 p.m. at the Village Hall to interview police candidates.

 

Trustee Koehl

 

Asked President Weihofen if he was going to attend the Route 120 By-Pass Meeting on October 14th.

 

Trustee Lonigro

 

Announced the website is available for viewing and asked if the board would like to launch it tomorrow.

 

Old Business:

 

7. William Ryan Homes “Savannah” Earth Change Permit Application

 

The Board Members discussed the bond amount and start date.

 

Motion by Trustee Beach, second by Trustee McIntyre to approve the Addendum to Building Permit and Temporary Fill Agreement as modified as discussed tonight.

8. 333 Wegner Road Improvements Final Payout

 

Motion by Trustee McIntyre, second by Trustee Lonigro to approve the final payment to Fischer Brothers for 333 Wegner Road after verification of waivers and certified payroll.

9. Approval of Peter Baker & Son Proposal for Lakemoor Farms Unit 8 Improvements

 

Motion by Trustee McIntyre, second by Trustee Brindise to approve Peter Baker & Son to do the paving for $82,023.80 and the curb and sidewalk replacement for $11,482.00 for Lakemoor Farms Unit 8 pending approval of agreement with Carolina Casualty.

10. Appointments

 

President Weihofen made three appointments.

 

Raymond Wollschlaeger for a five year term on the Zoning Board.

Kim Jakbik for the Plan Commission.

Kim Dabrowski for the Park and Recreation Board.

 

Motion by Trustee Brindise, second by Trustee Koehl to approve the appointments.
