The meeting was called to order at 7:07 PM.

Discussion –  Tucker Development Co. – Business Development Terms and Related Development Issues

Representing Tucker Development Corporation and project consultants: Richard Tucker, Steven Elrod, Mark Kurensky, Bruce Shrake, Tracy Richard and George Redfean.

 

Representing Tucker Development Corporation the consultants gave a presentation regarding Route 120 and Route 12 Property. Subject: The Shops of Lakemoor – Route 120 and Route 12 Property. A complete copy of the presentation is available upon request in the Village Clerk’s office.

 

The following is a summary of the presentation and is not an all-inclusive, verbatim account:

 

1)           The concept plan was presented to the Board previously. Since that time the project has been to Planning and Zoning Commissions.

2)           The subject property consists of approximately 74.4 acres, more or less.

3)           The property is located at the intersection of U.S. Route 12 and Illinois Route 120, in Wauconda Township.

4)           The petitioners have concurrently filed a petition for zoning amendment to change the zoning classification of the property to C-5 PUD Highway Commercial. The present zoning of all properties surrounding the property are as follows: Unincorporated Lake County to the West; C-6 Regional Center Commercial to the North;  C-5 Highway Commercial to the East; and C-6 Regional Commercial to the South.

5)           Petitioner requests Conditional Uses for drive thrus, outdoor storage, vehicle repair and Preliminary PUD Plan.

6)           Environmental Nuisance

7)           Public Safety and Health

8)           Stormwater Detention Calculations

9)           Traffic Impact Study

10)       Soil and Water Conservation District of Lake County

 

 

 

At 8:23 Pm Trustee Hendrickson left the meeting.

 

 

Motion by Trustee Beach, second by Trustee Brindise to adjourn the meeting.

 

Vote taken.

Trustee McIntyre aye, Trustee Beach aye, Trustee Brindise aye, Trustee Ragland aye.

 

4 ayes. Motion carried.
