COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE MEETING

TUESDAY, OCTOBER 21, 2008

The meeting was called to order at 7: 07 PM.

Discussion – Lakemoorfest 2008

Trustee McIntyre informed the Board the events that happened at Lakemoorfest.

Trustee McIntyre ask the audience if they had any comments regarding Lakemoorfest.

The following comments were talked about.

1)       Fireworks

2)       Beer Garden – Need Police enforcement before Fireworks

3)       More Port-a-potties

4)       BINGO – need banner announcing BINGO at Village Hall

5)       Signs – Beer will be shut down during fireworks display

6)       Vendors – Was great

7)       Best Buy – invite next year

Trustee McIntyre thanked everyone who volunteered for Lakemoorfest and some who went above and beyond in helping.

President Povidas gave a special thank you to Trustee McIntyre for his dedication in organizing Lakemoorfest and all his hard work. President Povidas also thanked the volunteers for their work in Lakemoorfest.

Motion by Trustee Beach, second by Trustee McIntyre to adjourn Committee of the Whole Meeting at 7:29 PM

Vote taken.

4 ayes. Motion carried.

The meeting adjourned by unanimous consent at 7:29 PM
