Mayor Ryan "Todd" Weihofen

Every year, the Village of Lakemoor requires its Business' containing a license an/or registration to complete the application; this is to make sure we have the most up to date information on file regarding your business. According to Village Code (Chapter 7), all businesses within the community must annually obtain a business license or be registered, including home businesses, and in some cases, a commercial property that may be used for personal use and/or storage.

If you are applying for a Liquor License for your business, you will need to fill out the Business License application as well; both will need to be submitted together for approval.

Business License/Registrations and Village Liquor Licenses will expire on June 30 of every year; therefore, all applications must be completed in their entirety and received before June 30.  Any applications not received before June 30, are subject to a fine of up to $750 per day.

Please note: There is a $120/annual fee for business licenses.
