The Route 12 and 120 roadway and intersection improvements are underway and include additional turn lanes and a new traffic signal along Route 120 at the main entrance to the Lakemoor Commons development (1/4 mile west of the Route 12/120 intersection). Concurrent with the public roadway improvements, Woodman's has started its on-site work, which includes mass grading of the stormwater detention facilities and building pads, utilities and construction of the internal road network. This development was made possible by a public-private partnership, creating 240 permanent jobs.  The balance of the 74-acre site will boast 15 out lots, an available junior box site and in-line spaces. The intersection at Routes 12 and 120 currently has 55,000 ADT’s, which will significantly increase once Woodman’s opens its doors, if all goes according to plan, during the third quarter of 2019.
